- Velvet yarn (size 4 or size 6)
- Crochet hook (3.5mm or 6mm)
- Yarn needle
- Plushie stuffing
- Scissors
- Safety eyes or embroidery thread
- (optional) Stitch markers

- R5: sc in every st (24)
- R6: [3sc, inc] x6 (30)
- R7-10 (4 rounds): sc in every st (30)
- R11: 10sc, BO, 8sc, BO, 10sc (30)

- Add stuffing and safety eyes between R6-7 (5st apart)

- insert hook 1 stitch from the center of R7/R8
